History of Magic-3rd year

I walked into the class and sighed. I was not good @ this class and i hate it. OH well hopefully it will be eaiser this year but she knew that that was never going to happen.

Kyros walked into the classroom, with a book titled "Warlord Orcs". He loved learning about wars between magical creatures, and was sure he would pass this class.

"Hey Kyros! Come sit over here" I said. Kyros is a good friend of mine.

Recognizing Alison from both the common room and his other classes, he set his book in his bag and walked over. "Heya Alison! How have the classes been treating you?"

Smiling "Hey! They are good but i hate this class I am never good at it." I said.

"Haha, we all have our weaknesses. Mine is potions."

"Well if you need help in potions you can ask me" I said.

"In exchange I will help you with HOM."

"It's a deal then" I said handing out a hand.

Kyros took her hand in his and shook it once. He then smiled and took out his textbook, getting ready for class.

Smiling I took out my textbook and notebook and quill and ink. Class starting I took well notes. "Know being able to memorize this crap is the hard part " I mumbled to myself. Tapping my foot to the beat of the song I wrote on the train.

"Whoever is making that tapping noise better quit" the death eater said without turning around.

I stoped instintly.

"Nice beat. You a musician?" Kyros whispered, not caring to take notes. Today's class was on a war over territory between Giant tribes, he had read about it over the summer.

"Yeah! I am."

"Quite interesting. I never had a talent for anything besides the muggle's electric bass. However, I never had the time to keep that going."

"I love music."

"As do I." Kyros said, smiling a bit. The professor cleared his throat and went on with the class, Kyros paying him no mind.

"How about later I show you the lyrics to the song I wrote on the train."

"That'd be cool."

Prof: "Know that is all for today class dismissed."

As I was walking out of the classroom I accedntly ran into a death eater. "Srry" I mumbled

Death Eater: "Be careful next time you little punk"

"Look I said I was srry maybe you should look where you are going." Then I continued on my way. I know that Death Eater was probably going to remember me now.

Kyros watched this silently and laughed. He then made a mental note, watch that death eater.
